A preview of the exhibition ‘The Munich Group: the Gierymskis, Stryjeńska, Wierusz-Kowalski and others’ at the National Museum.

At the Lublin exhibition ‘The Munich Group: the Gierymskis, Stryjeńska, Wierusz-Kowalski and Others’ at the National Museum.
The exhibition, which runs from 22 November to 3 March 2026, features numerous works by Alfred Wierusz-Kowalski, most of which are from the collection of the Regional Museum in Suwałki. The painter’s Munich studio has been recreated, which is attracting a great deal of interest. And yet this is only a small part of our Suwałki collection.
I invite you to Lublin. Alongside Wierusz-Kowalski’s works, there are many interesting pieces by the artists mentioned in the title, and others besides.
